This is already a very nice image, but I'll try my best to give you some tips on ways I'd personally do the editing.
I like that the background is blurred out apart from the straw the ladybug is climbing down. This is how macros are supposed to be in my book.
I would lower the highlights a little bit, this would cause the reflection the the ladybugs shell to be less dominant.
Also if you up the vibrance a little bit the red shell and the green straw would become more .. vibrant and cause a natural contrast. You don't need much if any at all, because that would come down to personaltaste. Some like images soft and natural. Others like them vibrant.
